The purpose of the Institute is to bring emerging leaders from around the region together to cultivate leadership skills, inspire building inclusive communities and encourage a commitment to excellence.
About Us
The Institute is designed to provide participants from the public, private and non-profit sectors of the Red River Region the leadership skills to build a more livable regional community through the 3-Ts: Talent, Technology, Tolerance.
